Yes. We keep portions balanced, oil very minimal and spices simple, so you can eat a full bowl without feeling too heavy or bloated before sleep.

Yes. All current menu items have Jain-friendly options. We avoid onion and garlic, and keep the recipe satvik so your whole family can eat together peacefully.

The taco uses paneer, rajma and hung curd – all real protein sources. One serving is roughly in the 15–18g protein range, depending on final portion and filling.

No. Current menu does not use deep frying. We focus on light sautéing, boiling and gentle cooking methods that support digestion instead of attacking it.

No. Our Satvik Khichdi is meant as a regular “light dinner” option – especially for late nights, recovery days or whenever you want minimum load on the stomach.

No premixes, no artificial colours, no “ready masala” packets. We stick to simple dal, grains, vegetables, handmade masala and basic kitchen ingredients.

PUREFOLK works on pre-order. Best is to place your order before the evening cooking slot so we cook only after you confirm – not from leftover stock.

We currently serve Nalasopara (East & West) with free delivery in a 5 km radius from Mahesh Park. Beyond that, small delivery charges apply.
